Park West’s biggest event that it holds every year is its annual Park West Symposium which features lectures from world-renowned photographers, painters, sculptors, and architects, as well as master classes taught by Park West Gallery teachers. Park West is a nonprofit organization, so they are always looking to have new members join their team who would like to share their expertise with youth or provide mentorship opportunities at Park West schools on arts education techniques.
Their facilities house over 40 classrooms where students can take lessons in drawing, printmaking, and clay modeling, among others; there are also 50 studios where Park West Gallery artists work. In addition, park West Gallery makes sure to offer 30-minute art classes for adults and children, which are open to the public, as well as a drop-in Art Lab that is available on weekends.
