Brian Voorheis graduated from Oakland University in 2009 with his bachelor’s degree in Marketing along with a minor in Operations Management. Thereafter, he attended Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, where he graduated in 2015. While in law school Brian’s focus was litigation and he participated in and was a finalist in Mock-Trial competitions and earned multiple Certificates of Merit. He was also an active member of Phi Alpha Delta Law fraternity and held the position of Vice President of the Intermural Sports Society. Brian was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2017.
Before joining our firm, he was a law clerk for 4 years and a litigation attorney with a wide-ranging background in civil, criminal, domestic, property and tort law matters. As a litigation attorney at Wigod & Falzon, Brian’s dedication and focus is protecting the rights of the seriously injured in their claims against insurance companies and fighting for the client’s interests over anyone else’s.
In Brian’s free time, he enjoys traveling, music, cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors.
